The Real Estate Industry is shifting from a brokerage centered business to a REALTOR centered business. More and more REALTORS do not want private offices at the brokerage and do not use the marketing and advertising services that full service brokerages insist that they use. Most REALTORS today have offices in their homes and do their own marketing and advertising. However, REALTORS are still paying for the expensive office space and services regardless of whether they are using them or not.
